The Club...
RSF Tennis Club is located in the village of Riseley to the south of Reading, 4 miles from Junction 11 of the M4.
We have four all-weather courts, all with floodlights, so play is possible all year round up to 10 o'clock in the evening.
The club has around 150 adult and 50 junior members drawn from the surrounding villages, into Reading and south into Hampshire. We have a good sized clubhouse with kitchen and bar facilities that are regularly used on club nights, during tournaments and for other social occasions. The clubhouse is also available for hire for non-club events.
RSF fields mens, ladies and mixed teams in both the local Berkshire and Basingstoke league competitions throughout the year. We run two club tournaments each year and have a professional tennis coach who runs coaching sessions for adults and juniors throughout the year. Despite a thriving membership the courts are rarely full and we welcome new members at any time during the season.
Each month we run a First Friday competition of social tennis for members and guests alike, this is an excellent opportunity to come down to the club, to try our facilities and meet members before deciding to join RSF.
Club nights are held every Thursday evening throughout the year from 7.00 pm and we often have all four courts in action through the Summer and even sometimes into the Winter.
